FAQ

  • No! Flexibility is not a prerequisite for any of our movement classes. Our classes focus on a combination of strength and mobility and each exercise can be modified or progressed to your level of comfort.

  • No! We always recommend that you try a few mat work classes so that you can begin connecting with deep core muscles used in reformer classes, however, it is not mandatory. Each reformer class can be adjusted or modified to your comfort and experience level. Our instructor will always ensure that you maintain proper form and alignment and will provide verbal corrections, as needed.

  • No! Shoes are not recommended for any class. It is important we activate the deep muscles of the foot and ankle; therefore, it is best to be barefoot during classes. When it comes to the reformer, you can wear socks with grips, if you wish.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a class/appointment, please be mindful of our 12 hour cancellation and no-show policy. If you do not cancel your class or appointment within our cancellation window or fail to show up for your class/appointment, your class/appointment will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund.
