Amélie is a dedicated Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation teacher (RYT 200), seamlessly blending her expertise to guide individuals towards optimal well-being and longevity. 


After earning her BA at Lakehead University, Amélie continued her educational journey by successfully completing the 200-Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training at Anuttara Ashram. Building upon this foundation, she further enriched her skill set in 2021 with the completion of her Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training through Bliss Baby Yoga, earning her designation as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT).

 

Specializing in prenatal and postnatal yoga (RPYT), Amélie cherishes creating an environment of comfort and free-flowing movement. Her mission is to facilitate a journey towards full-body presence, catering to individuals with diverse abilities. In her yoga classes, Amélie cultivates a safe, inclusive space for emotional and physical release, reflecting her passion for deep personal connections.


Continuing her commitment to holistic well-being, Amélie embarked on a journey with Pacific Rim College, the premier accredited institution for Holistic Medicine and Sustainable Living in North America. Upon graduation in 2023, Amélie started focusing her holistic nutrition practice on women’s health and neurodegenerative diseases through nutrition, movement, and mindfulness.


In one-on-one holistic nutrition sessions, Amélie addresses a wide spectrum of health concerns such as, but not limited to hormone health, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal issues, sleep support, inflammatory conditions, dermatological concerns, autoimmune conditions, and more. She offers complimentary 20-minute sessions to explore if her approach aligns with your health needs and goals.


Beyond her professional pursuits, Amélie enjoys crafting nutrient-dense recipes, practicing yoga, and exploring new destinations.
